Mann's work has never been independently verified. He has never handed over his data or code to anyone for verification. When he sues people for claiming he is a fraud then at some point he will need to hand-over this information to make his case.
As usual FAKE NEWS from the pundit They are sourcing on another right wing source which is SPECULATING when they say 'Only possible outcome' This is a great example of fake news, one 'source' speculates and the other run with it pretending it's already news.

I am not the one SPECULATING or making the claim. Did your principal source link to ANYTHING (legal or otherwise) to support their claim?
Irrelevant. Was it mandated by the court for Mann to hand over his data? Was Mann legally obligated to hand over his data to court? I obviously don't know the answers with 100% certainty. But if the answer to the above questions is "yes", then is he or isn't he in contempt?
