in all seriousness, greed powers all human advancement. The desire to push boundaries, to reach for the stars, to improve the world are all forms of greed.

  7. Without ambition and incentive, there would be no accomplishment.

Without accomplishment, there would be no "wealth to redistribute".

When all of the wealth has been redistributed, and all incentive to accomplish has been "socialized away", there will no longer be an America as we have known.

However, we will all be pretty much equal... none will have more of anything than another... we'll all be equally miserable.

THAT will be the legacy of Obama... :(

  9. Greed is an integral part of all human achievement. -
That may be but it definitely isn't a positive part.

It is in the cases where it is driven to an extreme that it becomes a bad thing. -
And most to all that work toward that end become addicted and implode.

Bill Gates - This man is an achiever to the nth degree and now gives away more than he makes.

Donald Trump - He is absolutely NOTHING to aspire to. Greedy, yes, respected, absolutely not.

    Jeff Bezos - Another philanthropist.

    Sumner Redstone - Another philanthropist.

Oprah Winfrey - Anti-Christian, losing her foothold with reality. That is really something to work toward.

Kobe Bryant - Rapist womanizer who had to buy back the affections of his greedy wife. That is something to aspire to.

    Debra J. S. Fields - Another philanthropist.

    William Guthy - Another philanthropist.

Wayne Hicklin - One of the largest philanthropist and succeeded through empowering others.

Lido (Lee) A. Iacocca - This one I'll let you research yourself. Lee is a personal friend of a local Chrysler Dealer and my father-in-law. He preaches that greed has no business in business. He considered himself "greedy" when working for Ford but drastically changed his view point when taking the reins at Chrysler and subsequently saving them from bankruptcy.

  10. Passion is something maybe you will learn at some point.
Since you seem to be singularly driven I guess we balance things out.
