Now we know why Avenatti wanted to debate Rudy Giuliani on Fox News - CNN has less than 900K prime time viewers o_O

Which is down 25% from May 2017.

  3. Yet the head guy, Zucker, just got a contract renewal. It's almost like being profitable is secondary to some other mission.

  4. At least CNN has a lot of the diversity they want to force on us. Or not, you make the call.

Probably a good idea to get Poindicksmoker, the resident Jew to clean this one up.

Probably not. It's the company in this case, not the employees, that would be liable. They employees paid their taxes via withholding. They will attach their W-2s to their returns showing they paid through the withholding mechanism..

I think the networks are aware of anything that the public would be aware of re Avenatti. I.e., if you're aware, they are aware. Avenatti has probably come to Trump's attention. The timing of his legal and tax problems may be of interest.

I am not saying anything about the culpability of Avenatti, like most of us, i have far to little information to even make an educated guess as to whether the charges will be proven. But my observation is that a person may operate on the edge of statutory law for years and nothing much comes of it until they call attention to themselves. The case of Donald Trump would be a perfect example. And Avenatti may be another. In both these gentlemen's cases the current charges, informal in Trump's case and apparently formal in Avenatti's, have not yet been proven yet in a court of law -- is that correct? However in Trumps case, we know for a fact he has settled out of court numerous times, suggesting that he in fact may have done something illegal and wished to avoid conviction, such as in the Trump University Fraud case. He has been a party, I understand, to over 4000 law suits!!! If that's correct, my personal observation would be that something is amiss with his life and the way he conducts business. In Trump's case, especially, we all have direct observation of his deportment and have heard him speak what are clearly demonstrable lies, more or less continually. Our observations can be considered highly reliable. We all know vastly more about Trump then we do about Avenatti.
