Coral: Are you serious? My broker claimed it started about 2 months ago. I didn't realize it until going over my statements recently (and trade longer-term positions, so only recently put on spreads). He claimed it came from MF themselves, and was just being passed through. Now I'm annoyed. Can't wait to hear the explanation. Glad I kept all of my research/contacts on potential brokers a few months ago--looks like it's back to shopping around for a "home". Thanks!
