In case you didn't know, they raised $300 million back in late June by issuing Convertible Senior Notes that yield 9-9.75%

So in answer to your question:

Not any time soon.

 

any specific reason given by MF for raising the $300 M ?

 

To replace the $141 million that Evan Dooley lost trading wheat plus some extra for "unknowns".

 

Did they announce any news to redesign their risk management software ?
