Just so it's clear; I'm suggesting Mexico should legalize drugs and stop combating drugs altogether....and let the US deal w/their own drug problem. We're a country of personal responsibility after all, and as such should be responsible for what we put in our bodies.
I don't hate the US at all. I studied there both at college and grad school. (and funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars to your educational institutions). I just think many Americans are totally overestimating themselves. They teach their kids from young age that their kids are the best and greatest even when they fail exams and fuck up. The many failed wars speak volumes. And now terrorists perfectly succeeded to turn your country into a scare state that is totally fractured and split. It's called divide and conquer. Terrorists accomplished exactly what they set out to do. You just don't want to see that.

Ya, it's wild man. Most of these South and Central American countries are narco States. Just another ongoing human tragedy playing out. We think these countries are legit. But they're not. Their legislatures, executive, judges, etc all highly corrupted by drug money = look the other way = business as usual. The people are thrown to the wolves. So the wolves at the top can enjoy their life.
