I wonder if Mexicans will leave California when the SHTF and there is no money for welfare and service jobs are cut back?
Labor should be as free as capital to go where it's most profitable for it to be employed. Much of capital does not "care" how it gains its returns, so long as it's legal (and too often not even that), so unethical and immoral methods are "alright". So, labor deserves the same privilege.
