But he has problems based on the New York State Constitution impeachment process that states that the governor must step down and aside as soon as impeachment is formally commenced. So you have Andy who is committed to dragging it out, and others in New York that want to extend it to mix in nursing home crimes and malfeasance. So that could drag on for months while Andy is off in the penalty box and the female Lt. Governor is flapping her wings in his old office. They may run out the clock on him too.
