Well, since I've been on a cutting diet, it's quite a bit different than normal. I get up and drink a protein shake within 30 minutes. Then I workout. Then I have a quest protein bar and a cappuccino for breakfast. For lunch, I have a garden salad with vinaigrette dressing and two grilled chicken breasts on top. Then I have another quest protein bar few hours later. For dinner, I usually have pork, steak, or tuna with some rice and veggies and a couple glasses of red wine. I could probably get leaner if I stopped drinking wine, but honestly I have no desire to stop the wine yet. In fact, it's pretty much the highlight of my day That's it for Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, I eat anything I want. Last Sunday, I had a couple pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream for breakfast, some lasagna for lunch, a big ass bag of BBQ potato chips after that, and then I ate a Papa John's tuscan six cheese pizza and one of their Cinnapie Dessert pizzas for dinner. I do take fat burners as well. To prevent downregulation, I usually alternate between a couple of them like OxyElite Pro and RoxyLean ECA.
Soy protein is shit. Buying this crap is an IQ test. IIRC the BV of soy isolate is 74 vs. 100 for egg and 104 for WPC. The product uses SPI because it's cheap. Beyond being a dog-shit product; they're advertising soy's benefits of reducing c-reactive proteins.... soy isoflavones are responsible for reducing CRP and they're REMOVING THE ISOFLAVONES! (due to phytoestrogens). Stop buying the MLM soy garbage... hit yourself with a 2x4 and then go to DPSnutrition.net and buy some WPC or isolate. numbnuts.
So market the product as a health food (reducing CRP) when the molecule(s) responsible (isoflavones) have been removed to avoid the estrogen-mimetic. Brilliant.
Yeah, I know. But trust me, take one of those and you'll see why they say it mimics the old school ECA stack. They have another product called Rx6, which is even stronger. In fact it was too strong for me to be honest with you.
I dunno. My guess it's a synephrine analog. If you're not gaining at least 0.80 of a degree in temp it's not as effective. I have a freezer dedicated to the storage of 4,000 bottles of vasopro and tiratricol. (off-site, FU feds) I run a little warm from eGCG and ALCAR anyway, but I go from 98.9 to nearly 100 degrees on a dose of vasopro. Vasopro + 300mg eGCG is the holy grail of weight loss. You can't eat Andy's custard every day, but it's 30% as effective as a DNP cycle. Add some triacana and a 200lb man will lose 20lbs the first month with no change in diet.
i tried the protein shakes(GNC) back in 03 when another carpenter suggested it for energy, they gave you a lot of energy but it really backed me up,i added an orange into the glass ,used the hand blender and water and added the protein
