I held it in a bit there :D I'm about a 38 inch waist, atm. Dieting and trying to build muscle at the same time. Down from about a 40 or 41 inch waist since August.

Lookin' good!! You have a good structure for sure. Are you taking any fat burners or anything else to ramp up the fat loss process?

Thanks man :) None, at the moment. Thinking about some ephedra + green tea + caffeine?

    Hi,
Jumped in late to the thread...

Dont know where you live, but check out a new facility called OrangeTheory Fitness.I stumbled into one visiting my mom down in Florida, and was very pleasantly suprised. If they have one by you, check it out.

In a nutshell, you should be doing H.I.T. training,High intensity training(and controlling caloric consumption as well as the composition).
You need to work aerobically and ANEROBICALLY.Most people do not trian on both levels.

Working muscles do not get their energy either entirely aerobically or entirely anaerobically. They almost always get their energy from both systems simultaneously, with the balance shifting gradually from aerobic toward anaerobic as exercise intensity increases.

You need true anaerobics in your training . There are three specific types of anaerobic training that you should be sure to include in your training regimen: sprints, plyometrics and weightlifting.Mix it with aerobic training and you are on your path.

My deadlift is about 100 pounds heavier than a true ass-to-grass squat. Normal?

  9. I've never squatted near what I can deadlift. I have never tried going as heavy on squat though. I just feel so much more connected when I deadlift.

  10. I don't know much about ephedra but of you are serious about wanting to cut and want to go beyond typical gnc supplements look at Clen. It's considered a research chem. There are several logs and reviews online. Worth a google.
