Would you please describe exact details/brand/quantities/regimen/recipe to drop safely 9 lbs of lard in 2 weeks?. BTW: Sam knows nothing about T 6 Alpha. He said he's been focused working with some programmers for weeks.
45/30/25 refers to dietary macros. 45% protein, 30% carbs, 25% fats. I am not recommending the regimen, but you would take all an hour before bedtime. DMAA is 1,3-dimethylamylamine. It can be used in-line or as a sub for the eph. I have done the regimen w/o eph (only DMAA) and it worked just as well. I've tapered off completely as I've gone beyond my goal weight and lifts have suffered. So if you're a lifter I would suggest that you increase your protein or combine with a mild anabolic.
Ha, I didn't think it sounds that harsh. I differentiate between rec-drug use (which I don't do). Big benefits for the obese; those with metabolic syndrome, diabetes, high bp, chronic fatigue, etc.
That DMAA looks dangerous. I tried ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin for a couple of weeks (years back) in the morning and I had the jitters all day and trouble sleeping at night. I'll study some more, but it looks too radical. Safer, slower is ok for me. Thanks anyway. When you say a mild anabolic you refer to what?. Body testosterone + body insulin + body GH are very natural and easy to stimulate safely with safe supplementation. I'm at 14% body fat and my main goal is to "get cut" to 8-9% without hurting or losing much lean weight/ strength. If it takes a year, then it takes a year...
I tolerate DMAA much better than ephedrine. I can literally take 150mg of DMAA and fall asleep within an hour if I want to. Conversely I can go to a club within half an hour on that dose and be up until 4-5am no problem. I have a bit of experience with both, although not as much as others around here. DMAA is great stuff.
Yes. One does not have to do that to get lean and, more importantly, to STAY lean. Slow but sure works best for most of us. And the focus should be on STAYING lean, not just getting lean. Most who drop weight don't keep it off. That's a well-established fact. Anyone can diet down and cut weight, but it is much harder to keep it off and to keep training hard despite changes that life brings. It HAS to become a lifelong lifestyle. Atticus is a medical doctor who, from what I can tell, has worked with IFBB (professional) bodybuilders and has forgotten more about biochem than most bodybuilders could ever learn. Pro bodybuilding has little/nothing to do with health, one should note.
Ephedra can cause enlarged prostrate. Don't want to mess with the plumbing just to drop a few pounds faster.
