I've seen a couple of guys in the gym who trained with something similar for a time, but I've seen neither in the last couple of months. Most of the exercises looked too wobbly. Not so much the pulling exercises, perhaps, but they were fairly vibrating during the pushing movements. I don't find that very appealing and I think it compromises a real strength workout. Just my opinion.

    Beware of rope merchants. :D

    Oh, and this:

  3. Now that is fuckarouditits. Slap 0 to 50% of BW on you and do some pull-ups. And not those cross fit kipper pull-ups

I'm surprised no one has asked about the twister yet.

I'm not sure what is funnier. That ad or pistol squats. :)

Yeah, you're right. You should probably get that dope-on-a-rope set you were asking about. :p

Dude, I've never used them. My gym installed them and they seemed like a good circuit workout. Not even sure wtf pistol squats would do for you. Far better exercises to do to put on size and far more explosive exercises to add endurance.

Well, the important thing is that you did a set, weighted or otherwise, and then judged for yourself. You've always been fair&balanced that way. Dude.
