    The pictures on pages 2 and 18 are not meaningfully different. Your size appears to be about the same, whereas your abs might be a bit more defined in the later pic, which may be either attributable to slightly less body fat or more tightening in the second pose (and possibly a longer time since your last meal). And maybe your pecs look a shade bigger, but that could be a matter of pose and/or lighting. So, one hardly looks like a "before" picture. That's not a slight. They're both very good. Just not really all that different.

    In your pic on page 2, were you fairly relaxed, or were you flexing your traps? Again, and forgive me for repeating it, but your traps don't look like the result of ordinary nutrition, workouts notwithstanding. And that's the "before" picture! You've never experimented with other stuff, however fleetingly, before your pic on page 2?

    another guess of mine is you have awesome quads. why because i believe that those with a genetic gift of biceps also have the geness for exceptional quads.

    You seem to be talking yourself into circles now. At first you say you don't believe that ursolic acid does anything. I rebut that via scientific research and credible expert testimony. Then you ask me for a before / after comparison, which I give to you via pictures. Now you're discarding all that and trying to take a different angle by asking me about experimentation with other substances.

    It's not very clear to me what point you're actually trying to make, but what I'm very clear on is that you're not going to be satisfied with any answer I give you.

  9. i knew you had awesome quads too. (ps you adductors are amazing too)they are soo thick! been a theory on mine for a few years that large biceps go hand in hand with great quads.
