OK, well I think you answered my question. I'll assume you are using some pro-hormones mostly likely testosterone pre-cursors. I agree, the drug industry today is very blurred and most guys I talk to tell me that the real roids are actually cleaner and healthier then the pro-hormone junk. I'm assuming you get an annual cbc to make sure that shit is not screwing with your blood levels.

Are you using any HGH? There are a lot of HGH knock off drugs out there so a lot of companies claim to sell HGH when in fact it's just an inhibitor or another pre-cursor drug.

I guess I'll ask you, what do you consider safe as I'll assume you have cycled through a lot of shit over the years.

Regardless of what you are taking, you still had to put in a lot of hard work to get to that level so congrats on that for sure.

  3. You're the rational trainee. So refreshing to listen to someone that knows what he's doing rather than the gym jockies that just throw the weight around senselessly.

Baron, What pro-hormones or whatever has worked best for you? Which to avoid? If you don't mind me asking...

Can we get a few more pics..like a back shot and legs maybe?

I'm married and my wife is hot, so although I have been in some flattering situations when it comes to comments from other women, I'm not really phased by attention like that. I try to look good for my wife and she does the same for me, so that's all I really care about.

  5. oh i gotcha, didnt know you were married but was interested in if you really are noticing a huge difference in female attention as opposed to not being ripped.

Well, that would be a wrong assumption. I think all of that stuff is crap because it's harsh on the liver so you can only take compounds like that for a very short period of time. And when you stop taking them, the gains vanish quickly. To me, there's no point in blowing up one month when you are just going to be right back to normal within another month of stopping. That's just a retarded strategy if you ask me.

I prefer to supplement with things that actually have some long term usability and real promise to them. The best thing I've found recently is ursolic acid. It's not liver toxic, and it has recent scientific research behind it, not some junk research paper from 1962 like so many of the prohormones and "designer steroids" out there.

I agree about the pro-hormones. They are a waste of money. What is your favorite protein of choice?

Yeah, there's definitely a difference. But check this out, when I diet down to a lean 185 lbs, I actually get way more comments from both men and women on how "big" I look than I do when I'm walking around at a smooth 200 lbs.

That's when I realized that the only size that matters is conditioned size. The rest of it is just bullshit. That's also why I'm not a fan of roids, HGH, prohormones or anything else that causes a lot of water retention. I have friends who take all of that stuff and admittedly, they are way, way, bigger than I am (240 lbs +) but they only look good for like one or two weeks out of the year, and that's when they are competing in a show or coming off all that stuff for some other reason.

Myself, I'd rather sacrifice all that wet bulk and look good for the majority of the year.

Without hesitation, my favorite choice is the Carnivore brand of beef protein from MuscleMeds. Whey protein would always make me feel bloated for some reason after I drank it, and I drank it for years and just put up with that shitty feeling. Then I tried the beef protein I mentioned above, and I felt perfectly fine afterwards. I've never had a whey protein shake since. See, this is the majority of the problem with working out and supplementing.... You have to figure out what works for you and sometimes it takes years to figure it all out.

Wow, that stuff is cheap too. For a 4.6 lb can it's only $33.
