Cayenne pepper, anyone? No need to cut fat, at the moment, but I have read that some do use this to cut fat.
That is good advice. Increase protein intake at the cost of carbs. Baron, based on your current diet, i see few potential improvements: 1. change tuna, pork and chicken into more beef. beef has more zinc and more creatine. tuna has mercury. pork is bad since swines are fed total shit 2. some say apples and grapefruits burn fat. i don't think so, but you may try to add them. 3. drink kefir and coconut water/oil. kefir is #1 to keep a healthy digestive track and as a result - strong immune system. coconut water provides electrolites, great after workout. 4. keep testosterone as high as possible. it can decline rapidly after you'll cross 40! foods which can help: walnuts, avocados, oysters. and o lot of sunshine (i guess its not a problem in florida...) testosterone burns fat, while estrogen builds fat. 5. red wine has little effect on body fat. keep drinking it- you're supplying resveratrol. beer on the other hand is the easiest food to gain a belly. 6. the most successful method to lose weight is to run long distances. and sweat a lot. Well, looking at your pic, you've a lot of veins pumping out of your body. so i guess you don't really need to lose fat.
I've used a non-stimulant fat burner called Lean Extreme that was loaded with cayenne but shortly after I took it, it actually made the skin on my arms and legs feel like they were dry and burning a little bit. I didn't like that feeling at all.
