Thanks for the list, most I've not come across.

Did you go through a process to determine the effects of each singularly or is your method more of a shotgun approach?

The only thing on that list I've done is the Krill Oil. This definitely affects my cognition to the upside.

No shotgun approach for me. I experiment with quite a few things constantly and these are the ones that I have latched onto for the long term. The RU-58841 is to combat hair loss over time, and the reason why I'm using that one instead of something more mainstream is because I can actually tolerate it. Minoxidil has fried my scalp every time I've ever tried it and I've heard too many nightmare stories from other guys who have said pills like Finasteride really screwed up their libido over time.

I know 2 guys that have taken finasteride since approval over 20 years ago at twice the normal dosage who suffer no side effects. Its also good at keeping the prostate small.

Dude, why are you worried about hairloss? I have examined your headshape, and you are a perfect candidate for full head shaving! Shave it all off! F it!

(Look at it this way...If you shave it and you don't like it, it will come back in a few months. Think of it as a bald trial.)

    Here's a fun article.

Patrick Stewart had the baldness, as did The Rock. But The Rock also had the muscles like you do, so welcome to the gun show!

That would be an absolute last resort. I'm not quite at that level yet thankfully.

There’s a recent article in NYT that describes success taking Minoxidil internally at very low doses. By chance saw a tweet about it. Claims to be very safe with no side effects.

I’ve also heard that red light therapy is promising. I have a small hand wand, definitely feel tingles in the scalp but I think the helmet version might be easier to have better consistency. The red light definitely helps healing wounds faster, learned about it’s use in veterinary medicine.

I didn't mean it as a last-resort move. I meant it as a proactive move. I have learned that many men do not realize that they look sexier with a bald head than one with hair.

Dude, women go nuts over bald men. Consult your wife, see if she is into the experiment. Once I went bald, I never went back. Save a ton of money on shampoo, and then there is also the sex appeal!

Man, just TRY IT! You live only once! I'm not asking you to jump out of an airplane!

Don't be a stodgy old bugger before your time!

    SEX APPEAL!

It will grow back if you are not happy with it! Better to try now while your hair is still growing!

    Interesting development!!:

Early metformin use may cut COVID-19 hospitalisation, death risk by half

    https://indianexpress.com/article/l...italisation-death-risk-by-half-study-8099855/

The widely available diabetes drug metformin may reduce the risk of emergency room visits, hospitalisation, and death from COVID-19 by more than half if taken within four days of the start of the symptoms, according to a study.

The researchers from the University of Minnesota in the US noted that metformin, also known as Glucophage, has been used in the 1950s as an anti-viral called “Fluamine.” In more recent research, the drug has been found to affect inflammation pathways, they said.

Since COVID-19 involves viral inflammation, the research team thought the combination of anti-inflammatory plus antiviral action was intriguing enough to test the drug.

The researchers noted that metformin, an exceedingly inexpensive drug, if given to high-risk people with COVID right away, can reduce serious outcomes by more than half.
