Okay, time for some Doom Metal. If you have had anyone die in your family lately, you might not want to listen to or watch this one. Oh, and yes, the lead singer in this band, died. Type O Negative: Type O Negative - Everything Dies [OFFICIAL VIDEO] - YouTube
Before it gets too late, we better throw in some Live Iron Maiden: Iron Maiden - Rime of the Ancient Mariner [Flight 666 DVD] HD - YouTube
Oh God. I was reading a trading thread here today where the guys were on about the 666 pattern in trades, and I so wanted to post the most stupidest song about Satan... To me it is such a douchy commercialized version of metal that it is like the D&D of metal, if that makes any sense. It is just so...CHEAP. I HATE Iron Maiden for that song. Just...Peevish, man.
But.... it did help put IM (along with the whole album) on the map with their new singer and all, not that the first singer (along with some cool songs) wasn't bad either because he was totally cool also.
Speaking of Doom metal, one cannot forget the Trent Reznor tracks from Quake. And it does seem quite "Doomful". Get the hook on that? Yes? hehe...
Oh, hell yeah. If that isn't Doom, I don't know what is. Trent from Nine Inch Nails. Awesome track there.
