in the end I think we are all looking at a list which might be similar to your but we make compromises.... very few men are suited to marriage. its a compromise and a commitment. some pluses not mentioned are that if you pick the right women... and you tally it up you might have far more sex as a married man. Right now my wife is away so I remember what is like being between gfs... I do not know if I would have the patience to be single now. nor would I have time for all those inane conversations with some gfs and her friends while you were getting to know them. I'd be like I have kids, no time for small talk. lets lock the door and have sex right now... the way I accustomed to doing it. .
other species stay with a mate for life, some swans ect. I wonder if humans are hardwired to have one mate for life or to just f*ck anything that walks? Culturally it seems marriage is huge but on a fundamental instinct level I would have sex with tons of women if it wasn't against my moral standards . I do however have a conscience and know it would be damaged if I were to sleep with other women while I am with a significant other.
i love some of the insights you crazy bastards have.. i definitly can tell which of you guys has been smoked by a girl woman.. and which is taking good advantage of them.. haha i literally have no experience with relationships.. i'm 34 haad a girlfriend that was 18-19 when i was 26 for about 5 months.. iddn't work out.. haha then when i was 19-20 i had a girlfrind for about a year.. she was really sweet..but it made no sense to get married.. at least to us at the time it iddn't.. i seriously just stay in the moment.. focus on my reading and having fun... learning inn more depth trading and trading ideologies.. options. futures I always wonder when i get older and it gets harder to pull down good looking girls if i will feel diffrently.. Sometimes i wonder.... Will i have felt like i missed out on something not having married and such.. Idk but honestly i'm having such a blast its hard to complain.. i don't know when i ifured it out.. But if you treat them to good.. They think your shit... If you treat them to bad they won't ever leave you alone hahaha..
I haven't voted yet, but were I, it would be another No. I don't feel I should advise another guy whether to get married or not, but for me, I wouldn't again. I see women a little like boats, a luxury, high maintenance and a little bit of pleasure. Sad that I think like this but I'm actually registered on a dating web site atm, and a very large proportion of women are looking for a guy who share their interests - lots of travel including overseas holidays, theatre, dining out with candle lit dinners, etc. Guess who will be paying? These women mostly won't even pay the cost of contacting me via the dating site, they ask me to contact them where again I need to initiate the first cost. Finding a suitable partner is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Ive explioted every internet dating site out there.. All the way back from when aol love was around... I was automating browser operations with a program called imacros.. Which recorded your actions in the browser to play back.. Match, plenty of fish, okcupid, etc.. Etc.. Etc.. I met a hot little aasian girl out in LA last time i was out there off Craiglist.. I told her if she showed up and looked good i would pay the cab fair... Haha as of the beginning of this year i stopped teh whole online dating thing.. Its so bad for your self esteem! your giving the opportunity for these fatties to judge you.. In which they shouldn't have the opportunity unless they get a personality and lose alot of weight... I feel alot better about myself now that i'm not scraping up the scum of the internet.. I have tried everywhere and everything when it comes to meeting girls... Best way.. In public during the day... Or where ever you can find them if you hold your mouth right.. I'm not an expert..
volunteer for some cause you are genuinely interested in. At first it will be just old ladies, but word will get around that there is a "nice young man there" and their nieces will start showing up. You may find you get more joy out of helping people than you need getting married. But you will meet somebody to talk to.
Well here goes as someone contemplating divorce for some time now. I love my wife and she is a great person, but she if a fucking nag and control freak, but then I am a control freak too so get things done is difficult to say the least. We argue and bitch after 14 years about everything, just about. It took us over a month to choose what color to paint our house. My wife obsessing that it has to be perfect or our house won't sell, blah, blah. I waited 5 years to propose and I think it was a mistake. It's a good thing we brought equal assets into the relationship and have no kids. So it will be a clean split. Sometimes it's like being married to my Mom. Dan don't you really think we should do it this way, until I give in. A few times in the last year I told her flat out, fuck no, you don't know what you are talking about. You have never sold anything in your life and don't know what it takes to sell something. My wife would be great analyzing stuff she suffers from analysis paralysis big time. So I gave in went with her loser Realtor, our house isn't painted yet and no offers. Then says says we don't need to drop the price let's use subliminal marketing. Ok I believe in hypnosis but c'mon honey you are fooling yourself. Our house is priced to high the summer season for buying is almost over and you want to get cute with marketing, for fucks sake.
