It's not about substantiating collusion, just that the ads represented such a small portion of the total ads for the campaign that it was almost irrelevant. As to how they targeted, that's easy. Facebook collects a whole bunch of demographic data that they give to any one who wants to take out an ad, as part of the fee. At the end of the day, however, it's no different than when we (the US) use social media in other countries to get results we want.
It's all fine unless it is directed at their liberal candidate. The DNC could sell buckets of hypocrisy and make millions...

You could, quite easily, swap the man on the left with an African American, the man on the right with a democrat, change the narrative slightly and it would still be very accurate.
It does nail it. The problem with you (as always) is that you fail to see your own side's misgivings. That's the difference between us. I see the system as rotten, you only see the right as rotten. One of us has wool pulled over our eyes and shows no inclination of ever wanting anything otherwise.
