Exactly the problem. The president, any president, should not be dictating policy that overrides existing law. Again, congress gets off the hook, and now is able to yammer on about it endlessly on the campaign trail while doing nothing of substance. Rachel can dry her tears for awhile.

It should also be stripped from corrupt, politically motivated judges legislation from the bench, which is a root cause problem in this whole immigration fiasco. Congress passes the legislation and it's gets enforced by all regardless of political positions
