Using robots will cause other problems. Robots will replace humans, who will lose their jobs and have no income anymore. Robots will in the first place replace low educated people. The challenge will be to find other low educated jobs for these people. If not unemployment cost will rise and consumer spending will go down. Unemployed people who have no income will not enjoy more time for the arts, athletics and intellectual pursuits.
Less Jobs is the issue, which is why Socialism world wide is looking likely! Then work, don't work, same money so up to you. Nobody would work in the UK and nothing would get done, lazy bunch!

UBI is the solution. Not sure why you think people HAVE to work when everything is automated. Who cares if its Socialism or Fascism when no one has to work? Realistically, we shift to maintaining the machines instead of doing the machines work. Not sure why smooth brain retards don't understand this. It is a net positive. New jobs new industry.
