Thanks myminitrading... Good thing you have a sense of humor.. lol... Enjoy your cowboy movies tonight and say hi to John Wayne for me. One of my personalities says he used to know him...lol... And do you really listen to Glen Campbell while trading? Or was that Wayne Newton... lol... As Confucius once said... Those who can trade have humour. And those who cannot blame it on any $7 software they can find...
How can I view emini futures on quote tracker without an account anywhere? Is there a public free data feed that quote tracker uses for emini? I want to follow the ES for a bit.
I don't know of any "free" data feed for the emini's that you can use in QuoteTracker but if you open an account with IB you can get data for $10 a month...
there are no free RT sources for futures that do not require a brokerage account. If you do not have an account with a broker supported in QT and/or do not want to open one, your other optin is to get a subscription datafeed such as IQFeed, eSignal, Prophet (refer to http://www.quotetracker.com/qsources.shtml for URLs)
Hi Jerry, I was wondering is there any documentation on being able to customize the charts? I've seen Woodies CCI custom paintbar stuff applied to Quotetracker using the .INI and .XML files. Just wondering if there are any resources I could read to get started. Thanks! BTW, Quotetracker Rocks!
trada101 Paintbars are documented in the QT help file. Hit F1 and lookup Paintbars. There are some extensive discussions as well as examples available on the Paintbar message board forum at http://boards.quotetracker.com/board/postlist.php?Cat=0&Board=paintbars
First let me say cudos on this wonderful piece of trading software. Mr. Medved, I was wondering if QT can do spread charts or ratio charts (one security or index devided by another)? If not, would it be possible to include this in a future release? I remember Tradestation 2000i being able to do this, but my copy was lost years ago, and I've grown attached to your program. Thanks, and keep up the good work! - JB
