Sorry, I just saw this question. Yes, I did finish it! I thought the course was excellent, and I'll probably go through it again next month just to read the daily posts. I stuck with it every day, though I only did half what I should on a few days. But, still, every day is an accomplishment. I'm up to 15 minutes twice a day, and I really enjoy the time. I think it's had an overall positive effect, and I'm motivated to keep going to see the longer term impact. I think I don't worry near as much, so my stress is lower. All in all it lets me see what's happening in my mind and not get caught up in it. How long have you been meditating? Do you continue to see improvements? Any insight or advice that you can offer?
The best advice is to keep at it, and do it every day. I'm at the point now where I'm trying to be mindful in all that I do when I'm not actively meditating. It has really helped with my concentration and focus, so I'm starting to "reap those benefits" so to speak in everything I do - work, play, study. I have really bought into the "way of life" message as opposed to it being just a chore. Continued success to you!
Just finished, but it took me a few extra days. Well worth it, gonna try and stick with it. "You are not your thoughts, and you don't have to go everywhere they tell you to." Great quote.
Good news snoop! Keep at it. Also, if you are a Star Wars fan, they had a good post on their Facebook page yesterday (May the 4th be with you).
No money back guarantee though? $21 seems a lot for what is essentially, what, a bunch of PDFs? They have a great scalable business model, that's for sure.
Really? I guess it's perspective. There is a big difference between knowing and doing, and if it gets you "doing" then I would say $21 is pretty cheap. I pay twice that to fill my car up with gas every week. Hell, I dropped that much at Sonic with my kid and his friend yesterday.
When i lay down my head at night, i visualize the chart before i fall asleep. EVERY night. All day long i'm focused on every tick which often blinds me to the bigger picture and stifles my creativity. Some of my best ideas come when i get away from the monitors shut my biological eyes and see with my mind's eye.
