I'd be willing to bet it's the other way around in many cases. Expensively educated "public servants" who, because they know what is best for the commoners, have to protect them from evil corporations. They sure don't teach self reliance and limited government at those expensive institutions of higher learning. Meanwhile, the public school folks who have talent often have the extra drive.
