McDonald's coffee bars to take on Starbucks

  1. Starbuck's coffee is pretty nasty, to be honest. Way too harsh.

I quit drinking coffee though, because it made me an anxious wreck.

    Serenity now.

lets be fair shall we? I have trouble with generalizations. There are weight watchers choices even on McDee's... I know, I have a personal trainer and attend WW and yes, there are choices that are WW friendly.

  7. Plaque buildup in the arteries is a cumulative thing. Your present diet may result in lower blood cholesterol levels and, therefore, a reduced rate of plaque buildup going forward. However, I don't believe it will do anything about your existing plaque buildup. Not that I'm any better than you. When I was about 18 or 19 and began weight training (about 30 years ago), I would go to McDonald's for lunch and have 2 or 3 Quarter Pounders with cheese. Fortunately, that dietary habit did not last very long.

Apparently, the only difference between you and me is that I regret my youthful stupidity. :p
