Clinton imperiled the country by placing himself in a position to be blackmailed. That is unforegivable for a president. In fact he may well have been blackmailed by the Chinese with the payoff being ballistic missile technology that brought the Chinese military technology ahead by an estimated 30 years. Because of Bill Clinton the Chinese can now reach N. A. with a nuke - thank you Bill Clinton! He should have been drummed out of office by members of both parties with a kick in the backside as he went out the White House door - and to prison...
