There is no Mueller obstruction case. If there were, he would have brought the case. It would have been in his purview.
That is not how prosecutors operate. If they have a case, they bring it. If they don't, they don't refer it out for review. What was done in the Mueller report in volume 2 was highly unconstitutional and unprofessional and Mueller and Weissman should be the ones indicted. It likely won't happen though---at least with respect to Mueller.

The buzz is the grand jury didn’t return an indictment and Barr is thinking about shopping juries to indict McCabe. O Lordy.
I covered this yesterday. The larger buzz is that we don't know and McCabe's defense team wants to know. As I said yesterday, a grand jury has already been sitting on McCabe's charges and has not been able to finish its work. We don't know whether it is because they won't indict or whether it is because the DOJ has decided to proceed against McCabe and wants to use the sitting grand jury to hear the new charges. We don't know yet. Some leaks will clear it up before long.
