As I've said I don't think Andy McCabe will be indicted. He broke the public trust placed in him as a federal officer but it will be hard to make a criminal case for... say... treason. Now Brennan and Clapper are another matter, both now have been documented as having perjured themselves before Congress and that is just a Horowitz conclusion, Durham is digging further into both men. The FISA court had nearly 34,000 applications submitted to it and rejected only 18. Something is probably going to be done about that system.
McCabe perjured himself as well. They all need to go to jail, but sadly we know nothing ever gets done if you’re a democrat.
Not really "publicly" but he most definitely confirmed to the FBI after a long process that he had lied to them. The transcripts from that interview are now out and available (I posted them here a few days ago, but probably they are at one on the hyperlinks in the article link below too). The frigging investigator told McCabe that they "had been working day and night and weekends trying to find out who on your staff was leaking and now you tell us it was you." And fucking McCabe says: "I am sorry." That transcript is on the record - period. McCabe is definitely not out of the woods yet. He may or may not be prosecuted but they are not done with him. Note that this article is just a couple days old. And yes, the tards will point out that it is the Washington Examiner. Fine, but see if they contest whether the interview transcripts that were released under FOIA are valid or whether the Washington Examiner made them up. Fucking McCabe needs to be in prison. As I said the other day, I am very appreciative of what Barr and Durham are doing but I will still fault them SEVERELY if they let this weasel skate without at least a guilty plea on record. If Barr and Durham do not perform on that then they are part of the swamp. I know the tards will put that back in my face and that is fine. Note though that I am giving Barr/Durham a chance to perform so am not accusing them of it just yet- and I do like surprises. see if that transcript of the admission that McCabe made is embedded in this link somewhere. It's just two or three sentences -if not I will retrieve it from the post I made the other day on this topic, when the FOIA documents were released. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...sidering-prosecuting-andrew-mccabe-over-leaks
DOJ closed investigation - another dud. See other duds related Comey or Horowitz or Huber or whatever Sean Hannyis peddling this week.
