The problem is 100% MBT's and not Penson's. I have accounts at other brokers that clear through Penson (ThinkOrSwim) and none of them had issues like MBT. This is not the first time this has happened and every time MBT tried to blame Penson. Hey honestly though, who cares? I have an account with you, not with Penson. Indirectly I guess I do but I never deal with them I deal with *YOU*. So own up to being cheap SOB's unwilling to pay money for good infrastructure and good talent to run it. This is why I have multiple brokers for trading. Especially for futures, it's really important to have more than one account. I moved MBT to backup status only and trade mainly through other firms now (ToS & RCG).
