That Fed cut seems to have put their servers out. I can't get any buying power to trade this morning.
I have problems with positions and they do not answer the phone! After this issue is resolved, I will close out my account with these clowns!

I had no BP either this morning, jumped on MBT chat and within 3 minutes MBT Gus had manually adjusted my account so that I was back in the game (gave me my BP back). Not happy about the downtime but I was happy at the speed of that it was handled.
On such a day you can see, how much better IB is than MB! The only reason I stayed with them: They have no cancellation fees.
