Mymini Talked with several other MB useres today no other problems reported so far but yours. Could it be on your end?
My other brokers were up during this time IB,CQG Trader, my charting platform was up DTN ProphetX. So I can say without a doubt is was MB Trading. It was just the order server, not the quote servers that were down. I know their is no such thing as a perfect broker, but MB Trading without a doubt has more issues than IB or CQG Trader.
From now on I will take a snap shot for documented proof. I will show the disconnection in the alert log and the red light showing disconnection.
Please do. You can still be disconnected and the problem resides on your end. Happened here several times. And yes alert log shows disconnected
Please explain how the problem could reside on my end when all other trading platforms are running fine, except MB Trading.
You log shows ALL systems are UP and running. All it says is it's running on backup. UP is UP as far as I'm concerned.
