I trade with MB and have been with them for a long time. thier customer support is second to none. so, don't post about cutomer soupport issues, please. that is like me saying that IB has great customer support (we all know IB is horrible. notoriously!) wait until you leave IB and go through problems like them 'freezing' your account because of some technical issue wth the retard in the back (no offense to person's with disabilities, just a word I use in my vocabulary). as far as 2007 issues: Buddie buddie, I would not want to have an advanced markets issue in this day and age. I will take a 1987 type issue any day. do yourself a favor and leave IB, unless you are the owner (that would be funny, but not surprising). -Twang2
I must have laughed for an hour when I read this! akeyla, you rock, dude. (holy shit. that is good stuff) -Twang2
Please don't piss off akeyla, steve. I don't know if you guys are old enough to remember the 1999 or 2000 shooting at the Atlanta Daytrading firm.....what was the name of that firm?...Just give him what he wants. ET moderators: Can you make sure that my real name is scrambled in your database? -Twang2
"Looks like buying power to me" - was simply a reference to the fact that I saw a box that said "buying power." This tells me that MB has that box, not their entire business model as to BP they allow or the Regulators allow. And, yes, we don't worry about buying power nowadays... but, we sure did when we first started out so I think I actually do understand. Anyway, I hope you get your concerns addressed and rectified. All the best, Don
Harvey Houtkins firm "All-tech" - retail daytrading shop in Atlanta. Had nothing really to do with trading, IMO, a guy just went off, happens in every walk of life...tragic. Don
Yeah, Mark Barton had lots of other issues. I was trading with All-Tech in Detroit back in those days. http://www.time.com/time/magazine/printout/0,8816,28777,00.html
