voodoo, That's where I'm getting the times. turok, I asked about that but they said it would still take the same route to chicago. Apparently it's not like QCharts where they have server farms around the country. You can get a different server but there're all in chicago so you connect the same way.
AAA, I'm sure you were given correct information, but I'd sure as hell try switching anyway. You wouldn't think that on the same route using DSL or Cable would make a difference either, but it does. Good luck JB
