You aren't going to get a housing boom when many of your consumers are essentially broke some with no jobs some struggling to deal with high
Or you drop the charade and acknowledge you elected a lunatic that hasn't got a clue about economics either but is compelled to ruin it anyways. And wasn't that you fully on board with the plan yet here you are trying to drop interest rates in a rising inflation environment ?

Markets, which are a lot smarter than any one individual - especially said individual with an MBA in business who's filled bankruptcy 6 times, set rates not The Fed.

The Fed reacts to ... markets and data.

10 yr yield since election day has fluctuated up, down and around 4.30%

Currently IMO it looks like it might be headed lower. Who the freak knows? If it does head lower, again it might be because the economy is headed that direction.

Therefore if that is the case instead the failed business MBA guy should wish for higher, not lower rates.

  4. Good to see people can still use their brains.

Commodity prices have fallen drastically since the threat tariffs took over. LUMBER, OIL, CORN, WHEAT are all down significantly. So your analysis is good. There's room to cut.

Ignore the attacks. They come from ignorant life-long losers.

  6. Bullshit you want to talk about uncertainty? Joe Biden almost caused a bank run in 2022 and the market fell 25% over a year and a half.

  7. Maybe Democrats could instead focus on changing their idiotic policies and stop trying to destroy to country to regain power

  8. Democrats ran two candidates. Both were awful. My favorite part was when they kicked democratically elected Joe Biden out of the race AFTER he won the primary and installed a fraud. How sick is that??

  9. That was awesome.

It's epic how all these people who care about "democracy" pretend that didn't happen.

It's like a religious belief system. Steering away from the iceberg would mean they were wrong!

I hope every sitting Democrat makes the pilgrimage to El Salvador to get a photo op with an ms-13 gang member.

On topic: It's amusing to watch all these people try act outraged for the poor FED. As is they were some elected co-equal brach of government. The US is one it's THIRD central bank folks. It is within the realm of possibility that the FED could even be eliminated.

I can see Elon privatizing it into his conglomerate yup.

He and Dohnald giving PuPu a run for the money for who is really the world's richest.

Life's grand if you are on the inside.

1/3 of the country for you, 1/3 against and the remaining 1/3 OTL.
