Maybe this Colin Kaepernick has a point?

If he sucked that bad he wouldn't have made 40 million dollars and have a QB rating higher than half of NFL starting QB's.You know why he isn't being hired.

I just read all the sport analysts articles on why he was not re-hired by any team -- their take is that is simply that he is not NFL material for continuing in a QB role. Of course these characters are trying to find any excuse to get around the elephant in the room and claim his lack of employment has nothing to do with his kneeling protests.

The bottom line is that you would have to be the over-the-top best quarterback in the NFL for any team to consider hiring you after his behavior has been a lightening-rod that no NFL team owner is willing to touch. The team that hires Kaepernick will immediately lose over 40% of their fans & the associated revenue. Which owner in their right mind is going to take that hit.

I could go on and on with this.Anybody who knows football knows a guy with a 90 QB rating,60% completion % and 4.0 touchdown to interception ratio is starting NFL QB material.Around 15 starting QB's have better numbers than these and around 15
starting QB's have numbers that are worst.

Are you going to be the NFL team owner which touches this disaster?

I wasn't arguing that point.I was refuting that he is not NFL material for continuing in a QB role.In every major passing statistic Kaepernick is better than 10-15 of the current starting QB's.

He isn't being hired because he is a bad player and a bad person. He hates America, he hates police, and he is a racist.

However, he is at least as good as some of slop like Dak Prescott.

you watch the guy play and he missed every difficult throw and a lot of easy ones.
similar to many other athletic quarterbacks with bad motions.

My theory is these guys had the option of running so they did not have to make the tough throws. So they either never developed accuracy or never had the talent for it. Good quarterbacks have a fluid arm that can still make accurate passes from bad stance into tight spots. Kap would miss by miles. Not even close to nfl quality misses. they were startling at times.

Those issues intensified in 2015 and 2016 amid the 49ers' coaching turmoil and talent drain. Since the start of the 2015 season, Kaepernick ranks last in the NFL among 35 qualified passers in off-target percentage (22.6). His completion percentage ranks No. 32 at 59.1. He still was one of the NFL's most productive rushing quarterbacks, ranking No. 4 in total yardage over those years, but it didn't mitigate his passing deterioration. running quarterbacks are great when you have the lead and face weak defenses. But if you can't hit the guy running across the middle in traffic for a first down... what good are you towards the end of the season.

There is no more important attribute for a quarterback than accuracy, especially for a free agent who is shopping himself to teams with various schemes. In the long term, a quarterback's running ability is considered a complementary skill and one that historically fades with age or because of injuries. Scrambling ability and arm strength are secondary to whether you can hit the target.

All passers miss throws, but Kaepernick over the past two seasons has done it as much or as more as anyone. It's hardly surprising that teams didn't rush to sign him in the opening days of free agency. Realistically, he's vying for the kind of veteran backup job that often doesn't get filled until after the draft or later. That deal is going to be worth a fraction of the $14 million he earned last season.

Kaepernick is not on a team because he is more trouble than he is worth. NFL teams want to maximize profits and win.

Then why does Dak Prescott have a job. His performance on Thanksgiving was embarrassing.

Fredo, you do realize that you don't lose your job after one game, right? And, you understand that it is a team sport, right Fredo? Who is the quarterback on your team?
