I really don't want to get into all the little firms out there...each will have their own problems to deal with. I have spoken to some of the LLC's and offered some possible alliance that will help the traders, while saving face (and capital, and business models) for the owners. This is totally unexpected, and many good people are being caught off guard, and if we, as a fortunate group (BT) can help the industry, I am willing to discuss anything. I will say, for everyone, don't sign anything else, with any firm, until you have a full grasp of this situation. I have heard that some of less credible firms are going to ask their traders to sign "subordination" agreements...basically "pledging" their own money back to the firm....Run, do not walk, from anything that remotely sounds like this attempt. For all the PM's...give me the weekend to go through them all... I will do my best to offer some help. Don
Gatrader About three years ago they had an office in Ft Lauderdale. I spent about 3 months there. So I have been away from trading and just curious. Moffitt
recently he went into the chat room and addressed some issues related to specialist executions and now is offering sincere advice etc to this accounting challenge facing the industry
it seems like the rumor on the street for the last 3 years is hold bros is going under. somehow they never do. It doesn't surprize me that these rumors continue. Probably somebody trying to bash another firm or steal traders. I have no association with h. bros, just an observation scalp
Yeah, that's it...you caught me.. No "agenda" from this guy....ROFL.... Oh well, to the 99% of you that actually appreciate a few facts, don't worry...we'll work together for the betterment of the industry that we love. BTW, if anyone is near the radio, or the computer, I'm going on the air in half an hour..and Bob and I will be addressing this issue somewhat... Don
I love the way Don pretends to be concerned about 'the industry'. In reality, the Brights are pleased as punch over this development, as they can certainly expect some traders coming over from the firms that are forced to shut down.
Yes, make sure you tune in as Don 'King' Bright tries to save The Industry (that we all love so much)!
