Nah, you got it all backwards. I don't make any claims about my trading acumen. I lose a lot. I'm a trader who is still learning and evolving with the market . I think via writing and am always lookingfor new ideas. hence my posts. Why do you post here? surf. Ps-- if you would read my writings, it's very clear I talk about my failures way more than ny meager successes--- unlike many here.
sample size keeps this thing interesting, lucky or skilled? probably doesn't matter if you have the rent paid for the next couple of decades, give props to Surf for doing this, not sure about that Mav guy though he looks like a gambler!
So which group do you fall into? By your parameters it can't be the last. Interesting thread, just stumbled onto it. Mav, didn't have you figured for a guy who would waste time on this.
If those are the only choices, in which group do you find yourself? EDIT: rallymode, I see you beat me to it.
If they were truly the target, they would not be charged an admin fee. They would be selected less bluntly, i.e., they would actually be targeted. Therefore, quite distinct from targeting, the combine's chosen method is decidedly shotgun.
Nah, the detractors, braggarts and TA masters refuse to even play the game in public--- if they played and blew up--at least I would have some respect for what they say. But they won't even try.
First, a website called elitetrader where tales of greatness prevail seems tightly targeted BUT other than this Targeted how? Seems not likely-- the ET TA masters won't even play. I doubt a targeted advertising campaign would get them to change their mind.
keep in mind the term "targeted market" was not quoted by the company... it was bandied by an alias here. And I fall into the "always open for more capital" group. If indeed I qualify to begin with $150,000 and over time increase that to something far greater, good. If not, I'm no better or worse off than right now today.
