It's funny, if you knew anything about football, you might bring up Denver's shitty defense allowing 45 pts. But then again, you don't know anything about football, so nevermind...
Well, I've been worried about today's game all week, but I really wasn't prepared for such a horrible display by the packers. Let's see, where is that Brewers schedule....
Both Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers go down. Yes, football is a team sport and it takes a "TEAM" to win. Tell that to the Tebow bashers. The Giants do deserve a lot of credit. They manhandled both the Falcons and the Packers. They deserve it. I'm really looking forward to both of next week's games.
The teams I was for won this weekend, San Fran, New york and New England, didn't have a preference between the Ravens and Texans. A rematch of New England and the Giants in the Super Bowl would be a damn good game.
I agree. And I would be rooting for the Giants. To see the underdogs step up again and beat the Pats twice in the last 5 years would be fantastic for the game. I still can't get over how poorly the Pack played yesterday, though. Yes Mav, the Giants deserved it. As would any team who took advantage of a horrible performance by their opponent. The dropped passes and turnovers got to the point where they were just comical.
Even with the refs trying to hand the Pack the advantage with the non fumble call on Jennings, and roughing the passer on Osi, the Giants were the much better team. How do you review the Jennings catch and STILL define it as a non fumble. Unreal. Terrible officiating.
