Compaq OEM from Matrox. Has the latest BIOS installed. This is a PCI card with 4 monitor capability. The card works perfectly. Comes with the two special cables, CR-ROM and booklett. Looks and works like band new! These cards on eBay fetch about $150-$175 so I would like to get $125 at least.
