Too many big time shorters trying to hold it back. The largest being big pharma.

 

Lol. Why would big pharma want to "hold it back"? And if they wanted to do so, how does shorting equity in the secondary market achieve that goal?

 

Legal pot dealers and growers in places like CA can't even compete with Mexican cartel weed.

Lol. Because of profits! Why would people buy expensive meds when THC can alleviate symptoms? Private prisons were another group mentioned in an article that I read. I can't seem to locate that article at the moment but I will look for it later today.

 

What do private prisons have to do with it lol?

I will try and find that article when things slow down a bit. Also police unions & I think a religious group was mentioned. You just know Jesus would've been a stoner.
