Explain the political motivation to force such things on a whining citizenry; when they could simply have just said, eff it? Isn't it better to keep folks, insured and otherwise, out of hospitals as much as possible, at the cost of a little inconvenience, so healthcare resources are available to the greatest extent possible, as much as possible?
