Marxian-Socialism, rising?

Discussion in 'Economics' started by Jai, Jul 24, 2012.

  1. But USA has always been the ones to break tradition, so maybe we can do it one more time, after all, we are very exceptional. Which brings us back to the original point, are we different or just like those Marxist fools that were too scared to immigrate because they didn't want to give up the little comfort their government allowed them?

Or is it just like that foreigner Humpy says, that Americans are no different than Greeks and will keep voting for a handout and democracy is doomed?

Well , maybe they started it, but we can finish it.

(I think when I started they told me 95% lose, and somehow here I still am)

  2. Land belongs to whoever can steal it. Where the hell do think we got all our land from?

Ron Paul's idea of survival of the fittest by violence conjures up some sort of Mad Max situation of mostly young, gun wielding lunatics !

Back to the state of the Old West or further to savages is not my idea of a sensible strategy.

What are you talking about? That's not what Ron Paul advocates, at all.

  5. yeah Humpy, your days are numbered.

How many times do I have to tell you this? We whooped you in 76 and again in 1812 and will do it again if you ever disagree with us (which fortunately you haven't done in the last 100 years.)

So just go sit back there in your green leather chairs and make fools of yourself on the floor and we'll tell you what to do.

In the meantime, we have real problems to solve.

Hey though, nice parade down the river for the Queen, that really cracked us up. You inbred islanders are a constant source of comic relief to those of us that are trying to run the world.

  6. Curiously, both libertarians and fascists agree that socialism is bad for the common man. Meanwhile fascists and communists are convinced that libertarianism is bad for the common man.

    "Why can't we be friends?"

  7. In 1812 "we" marched into your capital and burned it to the ground. This is a definition of "whooped" with which I am not entirely familiar. ;)

  9. yeah well, there's something to be said for keeping everything in equal tension. I suppose if it came down to nothing more than libertarians and socialists, I would have to become a fascist, just to keep everything in balance.

OK so Bush & co were I suppose you are saying the saviours of Western civilization or something ?

Well not by most of the rest of the world, just by a few that you bought. Bankrupted the USA and its allies with disastrous wars. Couldn't even learn from the Vietnam experience, your so called elite is so stupid. Oh no had to dash into Iraq and Afghanistan and ...... well now setting up for the latest disaster on Iran. A pitiful catalogue of errors that wouldn't be made by the average teenager.

Who let bankers off their constraints by squashing the Glass/Steagall laws - none other than Clinton. Copied by poodle UK and others. Ruined the World economy so don't come the superior country - the recent record just doesn't stand up to the inspection.
You have to go back 200+ years ! Really.
