That is far too general a statement. Would you want you neighbor to open a pig farm or a shooting range next to you. At some point existing use needs to be protected. What if you are downriver and expecting the water to flow. Who has the rights. I was born in Southern California. I am so glad I moved. I have never looked back. I am embarrassed of California and to tell people I was born there. ES
Just a hunch but I think ES telling people he was born in So. Cal might be the least of his problems.
