If you really feel guilty or bad about it, then you wouldn't trade or solicit other people's money for trading anymore. Try trading your own money, you can be as reckless as you want. Action speaks louder than words. Words are easy, anyone can spew it out of their mouth. So are you still soliciting other people money to trade? I would hope not given what you had described and your conflict about it.
The quotes below contradict the quote from above. It's possible this is none of anyone's business but if that's the case why did you respond as recently as yesterday with contradicting information?

Thank you for directing me to that definition. After reconsidering if it materially changes the circumstances I've formed the conclusion it doesn't change my view of the circumstances. If there's a technical loophole that enables materially misrepresenting the circumstances then please help me get past the moral dilemma I'm experiencing. You say things like technical analysis is Fatally Flawed. You refer to those who use technical analysis as Brain Dead. Seriously surf. What is wrong with you?
It might seem normal to you but you should take the time to determine if indeed I pointed out an anomaly worth looking into because somethings not right.
