He never answered the question regarding his view on USD, so I think he is Long USD short Gold (hypothetically speaking), banking on USD bottoming like some analysts have been suggesting recently.

  2. Yet when he was exposed as a liar when he claimed he never used C2, you ran to his defense.

Maybe since you now see the light, you can explain why all posts by respected ET members exposing surf as a liar were censored and deleted. Maybe you can explain why you felt the need to run to his journal and defend him. We all make mistakes, be a man and be honest. I know at the time alot of long time ET members were pissed because they don't like to have their time wasted ie their posts deleted.

He really looks like an idiot. It's obvious why he writes columns for yahoo instead of trading. He has zero clue about trading or the markets. New traders should read through his posts on here on what not to do in trading.

  4. Totally false.

I normally do not respond to these types of direct, malicious and designed to damage lies, however, it is warranted in this case. Once again, the C2 account was spoofed and was no way associated with me other by a false name. immediate action was taken, the acccount was removed and the malicious purveyor of such is being pursued.

enough of the lies and misdirection--focus on GOLD dropping into the evening.....

  5. I'm calling BULLSH*T.

Sorry surf, it was you. I'm 100% sure. If the trade was a success, you would have taken full credit. If it really was a spoof, it would've come out as a "spoof" long ago, not over 2+ years later.

What type of spoof is this if no one actually used it against you and "spoofed" you in 2007 or 2008 after it happened? Please.

Also, buying GOOG puts before earnings is the EXACT same type of trade as shorting GS right before earnings. Does shorting GS into earnings sound familiar? It's the same stupidity which only you seem to have. As EPrado calls it, you love to step in front of speeding trains and get squashed.

Now hit the reset button on that simulator and start again.

You have no credibility surf, and i'm sure all the people who were censored on your journal would agree.

    Best regards,

    bird

How? Just curious....I am guessing like OJ is after the real killers?

As Bird said, why would anyone "maliciously" make an account in your name and not blast you for 2 years? Your reaction to the discovery was telling....

By the way there is still a namesake of you on C2, one without a system but with an analyst list. Me thinks that was your earlier attempt at using C2. Call it a hunch...

P.S.: I don't expect an apology for accusing me of setting the account up, but I think you OWN ET actually starting a system and proving your money management and trading skills. :) (since your trading sucks, money management has to be your grail)

  8. Take it easy on ole Surf guys....he's always a bit early with his calls.
Remember CROX short ? He pretty much nailed it, but only after some tremendous "heat".
If and when gold goes PAST $1000, the biggie will be the volatility. If it starts swinging wildly, that would be the sign of a top IMHO.

  9. Early? He shorted crox @ $48, and doubled down @ $54. Crox then went over $75.

Are you saying that any real trader would lose 33% on his position and continue to hold it? Maybe, if it was a simulator trade.

I give surf zero credit for crox. He admittedly got stopped out and never re-entered. How can you possibly say he "nailed it"?
