If price drivers spots stocks that are massively overvalued, then instead of attempting to short as the price is climbing, rational suggests to be patient and wait for a basic TA (price) confirmation of an end to an uptrending cycle. In downtrend price tends to go down you know.
I wouldn't be surprised if they squeeze this yet again. It's not as if they don't know people were waiting for the first squeeze to end. They'll simply exit after the first squeeze and then do it again. In fact with such a high short float why EVER let this thing crash when its more lucrative to take money from people shorting it?
You're right, IMO, probabilities for a new squeeze are high. SHAK is in a ST trading range (73 / 83), waiting for the next price action. Above 83 : squeeze again, back to old high @ 97, and if broken, 115 / 120 ? Below 73 : well ... finally Surf will make money with his shorts! CM
Every couple days you post, essentially, "SHAK might go up or down." I'm struggling to see the value-add.
That s right, for the last 2 weeks. As I wrote, we are in a trading range, and the support line (in green) is still valid for the last 2 weeks. Proba 50% up / 50% down for the moment. Markets are not "a one-way" game. Read some of my older posts ? Maybe you could find some "value-add". I haven't written thousands of post, it should be fast, right? CM
Thanks for the invite. Would certainly facilitate understanding if you kept your own journal rather than jacking Surf's.
Jacking surf? Not really. Again read my posts. My own journal ? No thanks, I put on average 30/40 trades every day, I am not here to explain all of them, right or wrong. I don't care what people think. Just here to analyze price action, traders and market psychology, bad or good opinions, who is long or short and why, etc. And being a better trader ofc. CM
Aren't Chris Mac's charts showing SHAK completely relevant to this thread? Plus, MS is an accommodating fellow who through his own admission encourages others' participations on his threads - as you well know!
Agreed re Surf, and we can agree to disagree on the usefulness of SHAK might go up or down "analysis."
