I do. What's not really understood even though it's bandied about in blogs is the cumulative effect that foreign money escaping regimes they're fearful of is having on U. S. coastal real estate in it's search for hard assets in a stable govt. environment. Australia is enforcing laws re: foreign ownership due to Chinese money invasion and has 2 tier housing situation worse than ours, that pushes $$ to us. You have seen this in Miami, also affected by South America and European $$. It has the knock on effect of $$ here going into product to satisfy that mkt. So we see these gargantuan projects. Chinese are buying entire blocks in Detroit. That will be an interesting cultural experiment in a few yrs. My place in Port Royal, Naples Bay has gone to the moon.
