Than again, he is using risk management and he diversifies his bets and if he rides winners 'all the way' then only his stats could be the ultimate judge.

It is not about him. It is about making a noise that a stock is a short. If I were a big guy and saw such posts, I would get irritated and wanted to teach him a lesson. I am sure the guy who is long is not long because of SHAK valuation.

  5. We are actively awaiting the right time to try this short again. The Price Drivers still are indicating that this dawg is going down, it's just a matter of when. Thanks for the insight everyone, we have no levels or plan for the next short entry just that it will likely happen next week. Will try to post the policy when its developed. surf

It should be apparent to everyone now that is just a classic wind-up thread. The OP was never short from 67.90 and has never tasted one of the burgers. This is just an endeavor to increase egomaniacal soothing traffic ensconsed within these margins. No one who has been in the business more than 3 weeks would be holding short positions that long in the face of overwhelming upside. The Price Driver system is simply RSI and MACD divergences that the OP is reading incorrectly. --Very likely on purpose. The OP believes in trends and uses charts. --WIND UP--

Hmmm...96.75, pretty darn close to 100.00. Why didn't the price drivers tell us to BUY the 1-2-3 setup or the narrow range breakout???? Those snake oil pumping trading books all the way back to 1935 tell us to buy 1-2-3 setups and narrow range breakouts! :(:(:(

  8. Why didn't you?... It's easy enough to be 100% accurate after the fact, but that's worthless. Marketsurf seems to be mostly correct, before the fact. Yeah, he gets some wrong -- we all do. So what?

Whether he's correct or not doesn't matter. He has no system. He has no risk management. He has no trade management. He has only Price Drivers, whatever they are, and they are correct only "sometimes". And even if he were correct on every trade, so what? He can't explain his system, so what good does any of this do anybody as it's only purpose is to inflate his already over-inflated ego?

That makes this entire dog-and-pony show a venue for entertainment, nothing more. Which I for one wouldn't care about one way or the other, even if he's trading with real money. The only reason why I'm a part of this at all is because he's dragged me into it with his incessant criticism of trading price. If he'd just butt the hell out of those discussions, he'd never hear from me again.

In the meantime, excuse me for indulging in a little schadenfreude.

DB, you really win the prize of the most annoying poster currently on ET. Why don't you just fuck off already? :)
