Obviously you are too young to have experienced recessions and market behavior during recessions so i guess you werent even in 1st grade the last time our economy was fkd and markets flew.
You have to ask what caused the markets to go up?You are not a trader if you cant figure that out.Market psychology/sentiment,capitulation of fear.
How old are you?Why are you on these boards?

  2. LOL ! OK sonny - - you posted a lot of 'attack' as a lame 'defense' - quite an obvious tactic that you try to employ a lot as a smoke screen. Your 'explanation' of the market is total nebulous bullshit - that says nothing, and doesn't even make any sense. "capitulation of fear" caused the market to go up ? 'recession' caused the market to go up ? (What next ? "A rise in prices caused the market to go up.") Come on now, even you can come up with better b.s. than that. I bet that wouldn't even work on your teachers or parents.

(Youre probably trying to google up some kind of 'explanation' now.)

Youre just a kid, and you have no clue about the market. It's all rather obvious. Don't you have some stupid 'soc' class, or whatever to go to tomorrow ? Dont they teach proper written English in school now, or is it all just about text messaging ? - - -

iVE BEEN TRADING LONGER THAN YOUVE BEEN ALIVE.You have never traded in a recession period. You dont know jack about trading. And bozo, market psychology is what propelled this market on the downside and upside-so dramatically. The realization that govt programs were going to support/stabilize the markets put confidence back in the market and drove fear out.It is simple-and once you amass years of trading if youre lucky enough, you will realize that.Market has rallied 5% or more since unemployment numbers went up to 10.2%.You figure market should go down because you dont know the market is driven more by psychology than you could imagine.
Like i said, this happens all the time to markets during recessions and if you are old enough you have experienced it,which you havent. So paper trader, what do you know about trading recessions??

  4. OK kiddo - - you think the market has been driven by 'psychology' ? You think the big boys are really in this market big time ? Who do you think is putting in the money that has been driving this market ? Why do you think 'they' would put money into companies with such top line 'earnings' ?
Shit I'm giving you so many clues that even a kid taught in the public school system should get this. - - -

LOL - - keep digging a hole kid

Shit, I should leave you alone. Everyone was young, and dumb at some time in their life. What gives you away is the emotional title of this thread giving credit to O for the move. Obviously clueless (though there's a small grain of truth in that, but not in the manner you seem to think - - that he raised everyone's 'psychology' or something).

And as for me thinking the market will go down, that's your assumption. I haven't a clue where it'll go (though I have my opinions on that). When it comes to trading, I don't give a damned how it moves, I make money whichever way it moves. - - -

  6. LOL youre hilarious kid ! :) Another attack and statement backed by nothing as a diversion. Next you'll be saying 'animal spirits' move the market - - like some dumbass 'economists' ! It is fun tying you in knots though kid. - - - Its an obvious giveaway when you avoid answering questions though.

Again, where do you 'trade' from ? (Last time I'll ask, and then I'll just leave you alone.)

  8. Still no direct answer to a direct question - - - o.k. I'll leave you alone.

(I happen to be older than dirt. And no, recessions don't neccesarily bring rising markets.) But, if they at least move, who gives a shit ?

Nite kid, its late and I need a little shut eye before the markets open. - - Have a good life.

Well you edited out your last idiot question so i reinserted it.
Heres my answer to that- why dont you hold your mom s hand and ask jim cramer where the market will be next year and then go all in on his fave picks.Asking where the market will be in a year from now is what only the novices ask.People who know nothing about markets ask that. What a clown.

You dont trade. You never have traded.
You will never trade. This is the first recession you ve seen.

  10. LOL - - well it turns out we agree on a couple things - on Jim Cramer, and on those who ask about the 'long term market'. Frankly, I don't have a clue where it'll be - and it doesnt come into play day to day.

Well maybe you actually are a trader. I coulda been wrong - hasn't been the first time, and likely won't be the last. So what, if wrong just go the other way. - - Your typing is getting much better too. - - -

Actually when I started out I was a clueless kid, and didn't know squat. Yeah it was a recession - people were urged to wear stupid W.I.N. buttons back then. The govt geniuses brilliant solution.
