Markets Recovery... (we were due for some jawboning)

  1. Pandemic can be used to describe anything that is widespread. It's use is not limited to disease, contagious or otherwise.

  2. Let's think a bit shall we. Why oh why would the left and their media minions want to whip up this hysteria? Let's say this thing comes to the States, comes on strong, a million people sick with it. And lets say the mortality rate of 2% sticks, unlikely but lets accept that. So we end up with 20K dead.
Tragic for sure if you're one of the 20K, but statistically nothing but a blip, not even on par with the regular old flu. BUT, what do you think happens if it comes here in any meaningful way? Will it take 20K deadfor the hysteria to peak? This is America, land of fucking morons. 20 not 20K people die and the whole god damn country will go on lockdown. What does that do to the market and economy in general? Yeah, bad all bad. And what does a market crash and recession do politically speaking? Gives the dem an edge for sure come November. Gee, all this hysterical ranting by the media and Democrats is sooooo very hard to figure out.

Looks like Trump Derangement Syndrome is the bigger threat. Too many afflicted to treat. Can we just ship them all to Communist China? How about directly, to Wuhan, China? We can save the rest of civilized humanity in the process.

A pandemic is an epidemic of disease on a worldwide scale.

Early 17th century (as an adjective): from French épidémique, from épidémie, via late Latin from Greek epidēmia ‘prevalence of disease’, from epidēmios ‘prevalent’, from epi ‘upon’ + dēmos ‘the people’.

America will die of stupid. The history books will read the end of America like an "A Florida man.." story.

  6. Breathe lefties, breathe, you're actually winning in the long run, the country has moved decidedly left since the 60's. I've stated before that this whole Trump thing is nothing but a pullback, not a reversal. Don't get too far out over your ski's, by 2030's you'll own the joint. Demographics are in your favor and you still own education and media. Indoctrination of the young is your strength. Trump court appointments have thrown wrench in your gears and I know that really pisses you off, but it's a minor setback in the overall scheme of things. Even conservatives judges are more liberal these days. Relax, in a decade it's yours, assuming of course the impending climate disaster doesn't kill everyone.

    OMG.

I'm going to have to add notes, I forgot the corporal is only high school educated and used to fit factories and shit.

Of course, people are concerned because the word is scary to them, not because of what is actually means regarding a couple of months of considerable disruption. What were we thinking, trying to diminish the word will diminish it in reality as hey, it is all just propaganda.. fuck me.
